Will you take a cut of the sale?
No, we charge you a single flat fee for your listing, and no additional charges or hidden costs, ever. We have not confirmed our pricing yet as we want to work with sellers like you to understand what is a fair and comfortable price. Be assured, it will be significantly lower than the 6% you will currently pay in buyer & seller agent fees, if you went through conventional listing methods.
Do I need a selling agent?
Nope! Both you and the buyer do not need agents. We strive to make homepilot simple and easy to use, so that you can go from listing to closing on your property, all in one place. Don't worry, our homepilot agents will be there to assist you with pricing, marketing, managing offers, negotiations, and the closing process, at no extra cost.
What does verifying a buyer entail?
Every buyer onboarded onto our platform goes through stringent financial, employment, identity, background, and intent verifications. Our aim is to supercharge "preapprovals" to what they should really be, which is verification that the buyer has the capacity and ability to buy your home.
When will you launch?
We are targeting an August 2023 launch for all cities in the United States, starting with the ones we get the most signups for, so make sure you signup below so we can be in your city first!
