How much does it cost?
It's free for you as a buyer! Yes, free. All services for each listing are paid directly by the seller. No more paying the 6% buyer & seller agent fees. Based on the median US home price, that's ~$25,000 back to you and the seller.
Do I need a real estate agent?
Nope! Both you and the seller do not need agents. Our platform makes it very simple to go from scheduling viewings on a property to closing, with the help of our guided automated processes and help-desk agents.
Can I negotiate the price of a listed property?
Yes! With homepilot, our intention is to provide a platform to do everything needed to buy a home, all in one place. This means you'll be able to negotiate prices and discuss concessions with the seller directly on our platform.
How do you ensure each listing is accurate?
We provide a verified home disclosure, which includes a third-party full inspection, at no cost to you. This report includes information about major systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical), repairs and renovations, age and condition of major structures (roof, foundation etc), water damage and mold, property boundary agreements, local hazards, pest infestations, and more. Our goal is to give you the full picture of each property, so you can have peace of mind when you shop.
